Rules and Regulations
Theme: Speak for the unspoken
- The poster should be based on Laboratory animal models in research
- The poster should be self-contained, which means the reader should be able to comprehend it. It should be clearly understood.
- Should include the title, Author’s name, affiliation, and message (word limit is 100)
- Submission guidelines: Submissions can be made under 2 categories
- Handmade posters
- e-posters
- General guidelines for handmade posters:
- The size should be 36″ x 48″
- Title: should be short and attractive.
- Content: the content can be segmented into sub-topics. You may use simple and short sentences.
- Figures/plates should be clearly visible
- Please avoid plagiarism when using figures/text.
- Hand-made posters should be submitted to Dr. Hasanthi Rathnadiwakara, Department of Physiology, Faculty of Medicine, and University of Colombo on or before May 08, 2023.
- E- posters designs can be sent to slalasci@gmail.com with the application form on or before May 08, 2023.
- The selected BEST FIVE posters will be displayed at the annual scientific conference of SLALAS, in January 2024.
- The winners of the selected BEST THREE posters could be invited to the annual scientific session of SLALAS in 2024, for FREE OF CHARGE!
- All participants will be received an e-certificate for participation.
- The decision of the SLALAS Executive Committee will be the final decision.
