11th Scientific Sessions and International Conference 2023/2024
The 11th Scientific Sessions and International Conference 2023/2024 of the Sri Lanka Association for Laboratory Animal Science will be happening on the 20th and 21st of January 2024 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. This time the theme of the conference would be “Openness, Transparency, and Accountability in Laboratory Animal Experimentation: The unmet need”.
The conference is aimed at providing a platform to connect young scientists and national/ international experts from academia, industry, and regulatory authorities involved in animal-based research. The rich program line-up will make a platform to share more knowledge and experience in laboratory animal science and thereby increase the transparency and accountability of laboratory animal research.
Giving more focus on the Openness and transparency of laboratory animal research, a special round table discussion will be organized with the participation of non-academics (technical officers) who are working in laboratory animal facilities around the country.
